At GCE we do not cut corners, we use top of the line thread, backing, and supplies to ensure your embroidery looks great on all materials. There are so many different fabrics and styles, QUALITY digitizing is imperative to ensure your stitch file is produced to sew on the specific fabric you have selected, our digitizers are skilled and create sew files that finished beautifully.
What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of creating the actual stitch file of your logo. This is a one-time Set-Up for embroidery. The Set-up fee is determined based on the stitch count of your logo and can range from $35-200+ depending on size. For Embroidery orders over 48 quantity, we offer FREE DIGITIZING. In addition, if you have paid for digitizing in the past and looking to change to GCE, we will waive your embroidery Set-Up fees. Once your file is set-up you will see a sewn sample before production.
Can I try on items before you embroidery?
YES! It’s so challenging ordering for your team without seeing garments ahead of time. We have a great sample program. We are happy to provide samples/ size runs to outfit your team and assist you in the fitting process. This service is Free of Charge as long as samples are returned to GCE within 15 business days after 15 days sample cost will be billed to the client.
What is your Turn-Around Time?
In general standard orders (under 500 pieces) are processed 7-10 business days after proof approval.
I have no idea what styles I want or what would work best with my brand?
Have no fear, we are your marketing right hand and can guide you in product selection and ensure you are consistent with your BRAND.
How do I get started?
Email your current logo to [email protected]. Once received we can provide you with a Set-Up estimate and virtual proof. In addition, begin communication about what style you are interested in.
I do not have an established logo?
We are excellent design services and can create your BRAND from scratch. Contact us and let us BUILD YOUR BRAND.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we have a 12 piece minimum in embroidery.

Our production facility runs on Tajima Embroidery Machines, the leading industry provider in embroidery equipment. Our Tajima Single-Head and 6-Head are top of the line in efficiency and quality. These are commercial-grade embroidery machines making the quality of stitching unmistakable. At GCE we work hard to meet every client’s needs. With our single-head embroidery machine, we are able to keep our minimum embroidery order to 1! Perfect for monogramming and personalization, or even the small start-up business that needs to keep orders on a smaller scale and budget. With our 6-Head Tajima Embroidery Machine, we can turn large orders around efficiently and are able to keep production costs down, saving our clients money. - Send us your brand logo. After your free consultation with a member of our team at Ginny’s Custom Embroidery, you can email your company logo to [email protected]. Once we receive your logo, we will confirm your set-up estimate and provide you with a virtual proof.
We will also help you determine which styles will best fit your design goals.
Are you hesitant about starting the embroidery process because you have not solidified a company logo yet? Never fear! At Ginny’s Custom Embroidery, our design services team can create your brand logo from scratch.
- Approve your sewn sample. We will not begin production until we get your enthusiastic stamp of approval. We want to make sure you are pleased every step of the way, from choosing the embroidery patterns to picking the colors of the embroidery thread.
Since total client satisfaction is our goal, we also offer a free sample program that allows you to try on your garments before we stitch to ensure they are the perfect fit for you and your team.
- Relax while our embroidery team creates your order. Our embroidery digitizers will convert your logo or artwork into an embroidery stitch file. An embroidery machine can then read the digital file and efficiently embroider your design on the specific garment.
